Income Asset Management Group Limited (IAM) provides diverse solutions for fixed income investors across Bonds, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Management, Cash, and Asset Management.

The Role

This is a role in the Operations team which supports the administration and growth of IAM's Bonds and Debt Capital Markets products, with a focus on delivering high quality client service, as well as custody and settlement processing.

This role will have key responsibilities including:

• Onboarding investment accounts, including conducting KYC/AML verification in accordance with our AML Program.

• Monitoring of the team mailboxes to ensure tasks are actioned in a timely manner.

• Investigating and responding to internal and external client queries.

• Trade file processing.

• Liaising with custodians and counterparties to ensure seamless settlement.

• Corporate action reconciliation.

• Distribution of client reporting including monthly statements, trade confirmations, income payment advices.

• Assist with internal reporting and reconciliation.

• Participate in projects and delivery, including process development and implementation.

• Document standard processes and identify process improvements.

• Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required by the team or senior management.

About you:

• 1-2 years financial services experience.

• Degree qualified in business, finance, or related discipline.

• Understanding of Fixed Income securities, Cash products and/or funds administration including Austraclear and Euroclear settlements is highly regarded.

• Knowledge of and experience in conducting KYC and AML verification.

• Proactive client service skillset including a confident phone manner and strong written communication skills.

• Experience in using CRM's, Bloomberg and strong Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

• Ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
