About Income Asset Management

Income Asset Management Group Limited (IAM) provides diverse solutions for fixed income investors across Bonds, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Management, Cash, and Asset Management.

The Role

This is a senior role in the Operations team which supports the administration and growth of IAM's Bonds and Debt Capital Markets products, with a focus on Cash Operations and team process controls, as well as custody and settlement processing.

This role will have key responsibilities including:

• Daily settlement funding and cash movements.

• Monitoring and funding related FX transactions.

• Corporate action review and payment.

• Bank account interest, fees and revenue sweeps.

• Custody fee maintenance and reconciliation.

• Daily bank account reconciliation and the collation of monthly internal reporting.

• Investigating and responding to internal and external client queries.

• Liaising with custodians and counterparties to ensure seamless settlement.

• Participate in projects and delivery, including process development and implementation.

• Document standard processes and identify process improvements.

• Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required by the team or senior management.

About you:

• 2-3 years financial services experience.

• Degree qualified in business, finance, or related discipline.

• Understanding of Fixed Income securities, Cash products and/or funds administration including Austraclear and Euroclear settlements is highly regarded.

• Previous treasury operations / settlement funding experience is highly regarded.

• Ability to apply prior experience to the role and learn quickly.

• Proactive client service skillset including a confident phone manner and strong written communication skills.

• Experience in using CRM's, Bloomberg and strong Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

• Ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
