PowerTek Global Inc. is building a new Financial Advisory & Project Finance practice supporting infrastructure, renewable energy, data centers, and AI-driven power projects across the Middle East, North America, and South Asia.
We are looking for a motivated Investment & Project Finance Analyst to help build this vertical from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and wants to shape how PowerTek delivers financial advisory services globally.
Key Responsibilities1. Build the Financial Advisory / Project Finance Function
- Develop service offerings, pricing, timelines, and client targeting.
- Create pitch decks, CIMs, templates, case studies, and proposal libraries.
- Operate the RFP Engine: track bids (KSA/US/CA/PK/IFIs), maintain calendars, and prepare technical + commercial submissions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Lead financial modeling (project finance & M&A), diligence coordination, and deal execution.
- Launch new services, run pilots, gather feedback, and formalize delivery SOPs.
2. Service Development – Data Centers / Renewables / AI / Power
- Develop market insights across Power, Data Centers, Renewables, and Energy Storage.
- Produce research briefs, dashboards, and quarterly outlooks.
- Design advisory offerings (tariff audits, PPA strategy, interconnect/BESS analysis, modeling).
- Build analytical tools and templates.
- Pilot services and standardize for repeated delivery.
3. Business Development – MENA & North America
- Support go-to-market strategy in KSA, North America, Pakistan, and IFIs.
- Manage vendor registrations, prequalifications, and JV setups.
- Originate opportunities and manage client/developer/financier relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and orals.
- Maintain CRM and BD pipeline.
4. Internal Operations & Strategic Support
- Support banking, invoicing, KYC, vendor onboarding, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Standardize SOWs, MSAs, and document processes for secure client data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years in project finance, financial advisory, or infrastructure investment.
- Strong financial modeling skills (PF/M&A models, sensitivities, DSCR/LLCR, sculpting).
- Experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to data centers, AI infrastructure, grid-scale renewables.
- Understanding of project finance documentation.
- Knowledge of MENA & North American regulatory environments.
- Experience with IFI-funded or PPP projects is a plus.
