Job description:

Investment research firm seeks an intern to assist analysts with collecting and analyzing data used in strategy reports for institutional investors. This is an excellent opportunity to develop sophisticated analytical skills as well as contribute to investment research for institutional investors.

Candidate must be a Junior/Senior working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Economics or Computer Science with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Candidate should have advanced computer skills, especially Python. Good analytical and communication skills, ability to multitask and willingness to work as part of a team are also essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect, clean, and organize financial and economic data.
• Support analysts in evaluating market trends and investment strategies.
• Contribute to strategy reports and create charts, tables, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with a team committed to top-tier financial research.

Qualifications:

• Junior or senior, currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
• Major in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Solid foundation in financial markets, economics, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong Python skills required, knowledge of data vendor platforms like LSEG, FactSet a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
