Investor Accounting/Reporting Specialist

**Investor accounting/reporting experience in mortgage servicing a must, and based in USA **

We are hiring! Integra is looking for an experienced investor accounting /investor reporting specialist to join our implementation team for the Integra RECON software suite. If you have experience working in servicing with custodial accounts and bring a customer-first mentality and collegial attitude, we’d love to chat with you.

POSITION SUMMARY

The investor accounting/investor reporting specialist works directly with Integra clients to define, develop, and implement technology solutions for investor accounting in mortgage servicing. Responsibilities include the following:

• Understand and communicate reconciliation practices for P&I custodial accounts, escrow accounts, clearing accounts, general ledger accounts and mortgage accounting processes
• Gather requirements and document complex business requirements and other project artifacts
• Work closely with the Integra project implementation team to deliver software solutions to new and existing clients
• Test and configure production, demo, and test environments
• Provide ongoing customer support
• Communicate and coordinate with the Integra development team to help deliver new software features

Salary range is $85-110k, depending on experience. Our current team is in Dallas, but this is a remote position available anywhere in the US. There is possible occasional travel (up to 10%) to client sites when feasible.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This position requires a blend of consulting and operational experience, and the ideal candidate would bring experience in both these areas.

• Min 2 years direct experience in investor accounting or investor reporting in mortgage servicing. Experience with mortgage accounting a plus!
• Project management experience either as a consultant or as an internal team member in software implementation
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Highly analytical mindset, with no fear of accounting or working with large data sets
• Programming experience not required, but hands-on experience in SQL or another language is desirable
• Must be willing to show us your pets during conference calls

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
