The Investor Relations position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing communication between the company and its investors,.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of investment management, real estate, and public relations. This role requires excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors to foster trust and transparency.
- Fund Raising from our current and potential accredited investors.
- Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant materials to investors.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate representation of the company’s financial health.
- Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations to communicate company performance and strategic direction.
- Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to provide insights for management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations with accredited investors.
- Manage relationships with new and existing investors throughout the full investment lifecycle.
- Handle both inbound and outbound investor leads (cold and warm outreach).
- Maintain detailed and organized investor records using CRM tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new investor leads and expand the investor base.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and executive leadership to meet quarterly fundraising goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions through Cardone University.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in capital raising, real estate sales, private equity, or investment advisory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth investors.
- Deep understanding of real estate investment concepts (e.g., multifamily, new developments, equity funds).
- Great English required; Spanish or Hebrew a plus.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in meetings and investor events.
- No FINRA license required (position operates under Reg D 506(c) exemption).
- Sales experience in real estate and fund raising.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment management principles and practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
