We are supporting a leading international blockchain investment firm as they expand their footprint in the Middle East. They are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Fundraising / Capital Formation professional to join their growing Dubai team. You will play a key role in supporting capital-raising initiatives and strengthening relationships with institutional investors across the region. The platform benefits from strong partnerships with major GCC sovereign wealth funds and institutional LPs, giving this role significant visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fundraising activities across the Middle East, with exposure to top-tier institutional and sovereign wealth fund investors.
• Assist in preparing fundraising materials, investor presentations, data rooms, and due diligence documentation.
• Help manage investor outreach, track engagement, and maintain an active fundraising pipeline.
• Coordinate investor meetings, follow ups, and reporting alongside senior team members.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate with investment, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
• Maintain and enhance internal CRM, process management, and investor communication tools.

Requirements

• 3 5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, placement, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Strong interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with solid proficiency in financial materials and modelling basics.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
