Investor Relations Officer

I nvestor Communication & Engagement

• Communicates with banks research analysts, financial media and investors.
• Support in organizing investor meetings, earnings calls, and roadshows.
• Support in responding to inquiries from shareholders and analysts.

Financial Reporting & Disclosure

• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to prepare and distribute financial reports (e.g., annual reports, earnings releases, Tadawul announcements).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on stock performance, competitor benchmarking and market trends.

Strategic Analysis & Messaging

• Analyze competitor IR strategies and market sentiment.
• Develop investor messaging aligned with corporate strategy.
• Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and market reactions.

Event Management

• Plan and execute investor events such as earnings call
• Coordinate participation in industry conferences and forums.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, finance or accounting
