We run a very entrepreneurial-minded private equity fundraising platform with a heavy focus on Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. We currently have over 50+ front-end sales associates, all presently located in Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Thailand.

We are looking for a high-energy private equity Investor Relations & Sales Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, ensuring high client service and satisfaction;

Support the Investor Relations team in executing the firm’s investor relations strategy and activities;

Collaborate with internal teams, including deal professionals and fund managers, to gather accurate and relevant information for investor communications;

Coordinate and assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other fundraising events;

Maintain the investor relations database and ensure accurate and up-to-date investor records and communications;

Assist in preparing and distributing investor reports, fund performance updates, and other confidential materials;

Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and investor relations trends in the private equity industry.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry;

Professional working proficiency in English;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Fluency in writing in English is a must;

Bachelor or Master/Advanced degree graduates.

Pay: $153,648.02 - $376,651.38 per year
