Consultz is supporting our client, a well renowned SWF in the region in their search for a National - Investor Relations professional focusing on Treasury & Capital Markets. This role focuses on three key areas:Supporting equity-listed companies in enhancing their Investor Relations function by developing equity stories and enabling catalysts to improve market understanding and communication.Representing the company to external equity stakeholders to deepen capital markets  understanding of the company s role and mandate.Supporting the Portfolio Management team with market insights to contribute to investment discussions and thesis development, helping the company make market-friendly strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionCollaborate with management to refine Investor Relations strategy and engagement with the investor community.Conduct research on investor activities, market trends, and equity strategies to inform strategic decision-making.Investor and Shareholder CommunicationCoordinate with internal stakeholders to design, maintain, and improve Investor Relations materials such as investor presentations, disclosures, due diligence documents, and reports.Manage and track investor meetings, support roadshow planning for the company and its portfolio companies.Prepare investor profiles and briefing notes using research tools and 
databases.Capital Markets and Financing ActivitiesAssist in day-to-day IR activities and maintain communication with brokers and analysts to better understand market views about the company and its portfolio.Engage with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) activities to support the development of Abu Dhabi capital markets, staying updated on methodologies, financial statements, and regulatory changes impacting the company and subsidiaries.Technological IntegrationSupport development, maintenance, and enhancement of technology solutions such as investor databases and CRM systems.CollaborationClose cooperation with internal departments and external parties including government bodies, brokers, investment banks, and consultants.Requirements8-10 years relevant work experience in investment banks, equity sell-side research, buy-side analyst roles, or investor relations.Prior experience in equity capital markets, equity research, or Investor Relations roles.Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience. Progress towards CFA certification preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and positive attitude.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
