Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Investor Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in commercial real estate and investor services, gaining exposure to high-net-worth investors and a dynamic, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will support the Investor Services team, assist with administrative processes, and help ensure a high level of service for our investors and their registered representatives. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Position Details:

· Investor Services Assistant

· Based in Irvine, CA

· Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

· Hybrid Schedule (3 days in-office and 2 days remote)

What You Will Need:

  • AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting for FINRA compliance.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work or customer service experience (internships or related experience considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to engage comfortably with investors and their registered representatives via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong awareness of the importance of confidentiality and compliance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; self-starter with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Investor Services team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Handle outgoing mail, FedEx, and general office tasks.

· Assist investors and registered representatives with general inquiries and the Passco Portal.

  • Provide support for internal team requests, including Marketing and Senior Management as needed.
  • Provide occasional switchboard support.
