Invisalign Dental Assistant

Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant who is passionate about clear‑aligner treatment and thrives in a fully digital orthodontic environment. This role focuses exclusively on Invisalign, so we’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of aligner therapy, from digital scanning and case setup to patient education, attachment placement, and refinement management. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their smile transformation journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and excited at every step. What you’ll do

  • Assist the doctor with all Invisalign related procedures
  • Take high‑quality digital scans
  • Capture clinical photos and maintain accurate digital records
  • Educate patients on Invisalign treatment steps, expectations, and aligner care
  • Review treatment plans and help patients understand their progress
  • Track patient compliance and communicate updates to the doctor
  • Manage Invisalign cases, including ordering, receiving, and organizing aligners
  • Support patients during attachment placement, IPR, and refinement appointments
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Basic qualifications

  • 1-2 years of dental assisting experience
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
  • Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered mindset

Preferred qualifications

  • 1-2 years orthodontics or Invisalign experience
  • Proficiency with iTero or comparable digital scanning technology
  • Experience placing and polishing attachments, performing IPR, and assisting with refinement appointment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
