Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and other tax related documentation according to company procedures and current regulations.
Review billing transactions and enter data correctly into the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly invoicing and sales reports for management review and operational tracking.
Work closely with sales and logistics departments to ensure customer orders are invoiced accurately and within the required timelines.
Maintain organized filing of sequential invoices, tax documents, and related financial records for proper tracking and reference.
Verify billing information regularly to identify mistakes and ensure records remain updated and error free.
Support accounting operations by organizing documentation required for audits, reporting, and internal financial processes.
Follow up on billing discrepancies and assist in resolving issues quickly to avoid delays in financial operations.
Assist with routine administrative and financial coordination tasks when required by the department.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or another related field. Degree in Public Accounting or Administration will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting related positions.
Good working knowledge of accounting software along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding of tax regulations and electronic invoicing procedures.
Strong organizational ability with close attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
