Wayn Maintenance is a leading facility management and renovation company based in Dubai, serving both residential and commercial clients. We specialize in maintenance services, full-scale renovations, and interior decorations for villas, apartments, and retail shops. As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our back-office operations with the addition of a reliable and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Invoicing Clerk to manage all billing and invoicing tasks within our company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, maintain proper billing records, and coordinate with both operations and finance teams to ensure all services rendered are correctly accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices to clients based on work completion reports and service orders.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams to gather necessary documentation for billing.
  • Monitor and track outgoing invoices, payments, and pending collections.
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve billing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update invoice logs and billing records.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between invoicing and accounting systems.
  • Assist with preparing monthly revenue reports and reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and proper documentation for all invoicing activities.
  • File and archive invoices, supporting documents, and client communications securely.
  • Identify and correct invoice discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts-related roles in the UAE.
  • Experience in facility management, maintenance, or construction industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of VAT procedures and compliance in the UAE.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, invoicing software, and accounting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
