Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Inward Assistant Manager to oversee the receipt and documentation of goods at Theater. The role will ensure accurate inward entry, stock management, and coordination with relevant teams for seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive goods from transporters and verify delivery documents.
  • Match invoices with Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in the system.
  • Check quality and quantity of received goods against purchase records.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the concerned team promptly.
  • Manage return orders and update the system accordingly.
  • Forward verified invoices to the Accounts Department for processing.
  • Prepare and share GRN reports via email.
  • Update bin locations in Easycom/WMS for proper stock management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in inward logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of GRN process and inventory control.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Easycom, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
