Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer Lead to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our iOS applications. You will lead a team of mobile engineers, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant iOS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the iOS development team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews.

· Design, develop, and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.

· Ensure seamless integration with backend services via RESTful APIs and other interfaces.

· Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for high-quality user experience.

· Implement and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

· Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and feature-rich apps.

· Oversee app architecture decisions, scalability, and maintainability.

· Stay current with iOS development trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

· Ensure app security, stability, and compliance with Apple guidelines.

Requirements

· 5–8 years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

· Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS SDK.

· Experience integrating iOS apps with RESTful APIs, Core Data, Firebase, and Google Maps SDK.

· Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile app performance optimization.

· Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment processes.

· Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers effectively.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
