IP Litigation Associate (1-3 Year Experience) (Multiple Locations)

Overview:

We are seeking an Associate to join the IP Litigation department in our Des Moines or Minneapolis office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation; prior experience in complex or federal litigation
• Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa or Minnesota (depending upon location)
