IP Litigation Associate

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (3–5 Years’ Experience)
Locations: Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, DC (Hybrid/Flex Available)

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation group. This is an opportunity to work with a team at the forefront of complex IP disputes, representing industry leaders at the intersection of law, technology, and business.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and is looking to join a collaborative team focused on high-impact work across multiple forums, including district court, PTAB, and ITC.

Key Experience Includes:

• Taking and defending depositions

• Drafting pleadings and substantive motions

• Handling expert and fact discovery

• Experience with inter partes review (IPR) and/or ITC proceedings is a plus

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent industry experience in these fields)

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
