IP / Trademark Paralegal

As part of the Abion team, you ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional legal services.

The role of a Paralegal includes both administrative and legal work, primarily in the field of intellectual property. You will support attorneys, clients, and internal teams through research, documentation, case management, and communication ensuring smooth and accurate handling of legal matters.

This role is open to candidates already living and working in IP in the region, and to anyone looking to relocate to Dubai for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare clear summaries for attorneys
• Draft, file, and manage legal and IP-related documents, including trademark applications.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case files in internal systems.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, local agents, and authorities.
• Support billing and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings together with attorneys and other teams.
• Contribute to improving internal routines and workflows.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and IP industry trends to support clients effectively.
