iPhone Technician – Home Service (Qatar)

Job Description

Queens Mobile Qatar is expanding! We are hiring skilled and motivated iPhone / Apple Device Technicians to join our home-service team. You will handle diagnosis and repairs of Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches.

Working Hours

• Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs (screen, battery, camera, charging port, etc.)
• Diagnose and fix software issues
• Provide home-service repairs across Qatar
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Follow company repair procedures and record work

Requirements

For Experienced Technicians – Full Package 3000 QAR

• Strong experience in iPhone repairs
• Board-level repair skills (preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting ability
• Good customer-handling skills

For Normal Experience – 2300 QAR

• Basic to moderate repair experience
• Willing to learn and grow
• Understanding of common iPhone issues

Additional Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID or transferable visa
• Must be reliable, honest, and hardworking
• Ability to travel for home-service repairs

Salary & Benefits

• 3000 QAR (experienced technicians)
• 2300 QAR (normal experience)
• Accommodation & transport may be provided
• Incentives based on performance
