IPT SCRIBE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT PRACTICE

IPT Scribe- ED Practice

High school diploma or equivalency required. Vocational training preferred. The ideal individual will have Medical terminology, medical chart documentation, anatomy, medications and computer medical records.

This position works one to one with the physician to document the history, physical exam, and the differential diagnoses for each patient that the physician sees. Gathers patient insurance information and prepares billing information for the patients including the coding and posting payments.
