We are currently looking to recruit an Iranian national business development manager to join our team at FLINTHAM MACKENZIE ACCOUNTING and AUDITING/ BridgewaterManagement Consultancies Co in Dubai,, headquartered in Dubai. Our firm provides a comprehensive suite of professional services, including:

• Auditing
• Business Setup in the UAE and Global Jurisdictions
• Accounting, VAT & Corporate Tax Advisory
• Executive Search & HR Consultancy
• ERP Consulting (Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Marketing Research & Business Strategy Solutions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring seamless alignment between our service offerings and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert leads for Auditing, business setup, accounting, and ERP services
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
• Maintain accurate records through CRM platforms (Zoho experience is a plus)

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably within the UAE
• Proven exposure to business setup or consulting services
• Knowledge of ERP platforms like Zoho or Odoo will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional
