Iron Worker / Laborer

Job Summary : Holland Steel is a growing structural steel fabrication and erection company seeking a dependable and motivated Ironworker/Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the trades—we’re willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and erect structural steel in the field
• Perform ironwork duties at various job sites
• Assist with and perform welding as needed
• Work alongside crane operators to safely connect steel
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
• Travel to out-of-town job sites as required

Qualifications

• Basic welding experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $30.15 per hour
