Irrigation Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise irrigation installation, testing, and maintenance works on site
• Read and interpret irrigation drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Lead and manage irrigation technicians and laborers
• Install and maintain valves, pumps, controllers, sprinklers, drip lines, and pipelines
• Identify and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and system faults
• Coordinate with site engineers, landscapers, and project managers
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are effectively utilized
• Maintain daily work reports and site records
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies
• Monitor water efficiency and system performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in irrigation works (landscaping projects preferred)
• Proven experience as an Irrigation Foreman or Senior Irrigation Technician
• Good knowledge of irrigation systems (drip & sprinkler)
• Ability to read drawings and manage site teams
• Basic English communication skills
• Valid UAE experience preferred; UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
