Irrigation & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

Alspaw Tree Service is seeking a motivated and experienced Irrigation & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our gardening and irrigation crews. This leadership role is responsible for managing field teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service across all assigned properties.

This is a hands-on supervisory position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead teams effectively, and is comfortable handling both fieldwork and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage approximately 25 field employees across irrigation and weekly maintenance crews
• Oversee daily landscaping and gardening operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts
• Respond to and coordinate emergency service calls as needed
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contracts
• Coordinate and manage irrigation & grounds Maintenance projects from start to completion
• Perform job site evaluations and estimate repairs or enhancements
• Ensure proper scheduling, crew productivity, and job completion timelines
• Maintain strong communication between field crews, office staff, and clients

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
