Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like excavators.
• Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to ensure optimal operation and identify issues early.
• Assist with general lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks to support overall site health and aesthetics.
• Use mechanical knowledge to repair or replace faulty parts within irrigation systems or related landscape equipment.
• Operate construction machinery safely during installation projects, including excavators and other heavy equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service work performed, parts used, and system updates for client files.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators.
• Experience or interest in irrigation systems, lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing system issues.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Prior experience with Irrigation or construction projects is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $29.84 per hour
