About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Irrigation Manager to own irrigation performance across our San Antonio branch. You’ll lead crews, drive quality and efficiency, and be the go-to technical expert for our team and clients. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be in the field, solving problems, developing your people, and building something you can be proud of.

You’ll report to the Branch Manager and have full ownership of irrigation operations: scheduling, labor management, quality standards, equipment, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

•       Lead, manage, and hold accountable all irrigation crews and technicians—recruit, train, coach, and develop your team

•       Build and manage daily/weekly crew schedules to maximize labor efficiency and hit budgeted hours

•       Conduct field visits to verify quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

•       Oversee all irrigation maintenance, repairs, start-ups, shut-downs, and seasonal adjustments across the branch

•       Review crew time and job costing in Aspire to keep work profitable and on track

•       Support Account Managers with irrigation inspections, proposals, and enhancement sales

•       Serve as the technical irrigation expert in client meetings when needed

•       Maintain equipment, vehicles, and parts inventory so crews are ready to go every morning

•       Enforce safety standards and drive a culture of accountability and quality

What We’re Looking For

•       3+ years of irrigation management or supervisory experience in commercial landscaping

•       Active Texas Irrigation License (required)

•       Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, pumps, valves, and water conservation

•       Proven ability to lead field teams and manage operations in a fast-paced environment

•       Experience with Aspire, Smartlink, or similar landscape management software

•       Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills

•       Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

•       Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
