Job Description

Sundrop Gardens Landscaping is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician / Landscape Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on irrigation expertise with customer-facing landscape sales. You will diagnose and repair irrigation systems while also meeting with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions.

We provide a company vehicle, pre-scheduled appointments, and the opportunity to grow your income through performance.

ResponsibilitiesIrrigation Services

• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems on-site (same-day service expected)
• Perform system inspections and troubleshooting
• Install and modify irrigation systems
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently and correctly

Sales & Customer Interaction

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
• Assess landscaping and irrigation needs
• Measure job sites accurately and scope projects
• Prepare estimates and recommend solutions
• Upsell additional services where appropriate
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in irrigation repair, service, and installation
• Must be able to independently diagnose and complete irrigation repairs without supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to measure properties and scope jobs accurately
• Comfortable with sales and upselling services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• $500/week base pay (based on attendance and job performance)
