Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution across the golf course grounds.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, and edging to keep the course pristine.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks and equipment repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of turf health, soil conditions, and plantings to identify issues early and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of irrigation schedules, repairs, and landscape activities to support ongoing maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects that enhance course aesthetics and functionality.

Experience

• Prior experience working with irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices such as lawn care, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles.
• Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, pruners), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and other landscaping equipment.
• Strong understanding of turf management and lawn care best practices to promote healthy growth.
• Ability to follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling chemicals or fertilizers.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining outdoor environments.
• Previous experience working outdoors in a golf course or similar landscaped environment is preferred but not required.
