Northstar Properties is seeking a dependable and motivated Irrigation Technician / Landscape Technician to join our team in the Oklahoma City metro area. This is a roving position responsible for supporting multiple apartment communities with irrigation maintenance, landscape upkeep, and curb appeal improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with irrigation systems, landscaping equipment, and general grounds maintenance while providing excellent service to our communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
• Diagnose and repair valves, sprinkler heads, timers, clocks, and irrigation lines
• Perform seasonal irrigation start-ups and winterization
• Monitor water usage and ensure proper irrigation coverage
• Complete landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, planting, mulching, and debris removal
• Maintain overall curb appeal of apartment communities
• Operate landscaping and irrigation equipment safely
• Assist with property clean-up and exterior maintenance projects
• Travel between apartment communities throughout the OKC metro area
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe, professional, and timely manner

Qualifications

• Previous irrigation and/or landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
