IS Technical Analyst

Supports Community Hospital’s computer systems including assembly, installation, use, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware, telecom equipment, network printers, and other peripheral equipment. Provides assistance to computer users on hardware and software.

• Associate degree in Computer Science and understanding of operating systems, hardware and software, or a combination of equivalent certifications and job experience required
• Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A+, Network+ and/or Microsoft Certified Professional/Desktop product (MCP) preferred
