Position Overview:

As an ISA, you’ll act as the bridge between lead generation and acquisitions. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with sellers, qualifying leads, and ensuring they’re ready for the next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential sellers to build trust and establish rapport.
• Qualify leads through meaningful conversations, understanding their motivations and needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships over time.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs.
Keep detailed records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and updates.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in sales or lead management, ideally in real estate.
• Relationship Building: Strong ability to connect with sellers and build trust.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to adapt to various personalities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRMs and follow-up systems.
