Islamic Studies Teacher (Female and Arabic Speakers)

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Islamic Studies & Arabic Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and maintaining strong communication with parents and academic supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies to students of various age groups and levels.
• Teach Arabic reading, writing, grammar, conversation, and comprehension according to approved academic standards.
• Teach Islamic Studies including Quran recitation, Tajweed basics, Seerah, Islamic values, and stories of the Prophets.
• Assess students’ academic levels and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and educational materials.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain accurate performance records.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and progress tracking.
• Provide periodic progress reports to parents and academic management.
• Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined learning environment.
• Support students with different learning needs using effective teaching strategies.
• Coordinate with the Academic Supervisor to ensure alignment with curriculum goals.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and academic development activities.
• Maintain professional communication with parents when required.
• Contribute to improving teaching quality and academic resources.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management that support the academy’s goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in Arabic and/or Islamic Studies (preferred).
• Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Quran recitation and basic Tajweed rules.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Ability to teach online and use digital teaching platforms effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or educational diploma.
• Experience teaching children in the UAE curriculum or online academies.
• Familiarity with interactive online teaching tools.

Pay: AED75.00 - AED100.00 per hour
