Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured lesson plans aligned with The Quran Hub's curriculum and teaching objectives.
- Provide personalised feedback and guidance tailored to each student's individual learning needs.
- Incorporate interactive activities to enhance students' understanding and retention of Qur'ānic concepts.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and spiritual growth.
- Teach Qur'ān recitation fluently with correct Tajweed rules.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and the importance of parental involvement.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and management to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in Qur'ānic education.
- Complete duties required by management, including reports and enquiries, in a timely manner.

- Prepare students to navigate Muslim life confidently in the 21st century.
What We're Looking For
- Strong subject and curriculum knowledge in Islamic Studies.
- Sets high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students.
- Skilled in planning and delivering well-structured, engaging lessons.
- Effective at managing behaviour to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
- Adapts teaching approaches to suit the strengths and needs of all pupils.
- Proficient reciter of the Qur'ān with a strong command of Tajweed rules.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- IT proficient and comfortable with online teaching platforms.
- Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Proactive and committed to continuous professional development.
