ISO 9000-2015 COMPLIANCE MANAGER FOR METAL FABRICATOR

Join our dynamic team as an ISO 9000-2015 Compliance Manager, where you will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems within a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and industry-specific requirements.
• Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with established standards, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control and inspection processes throughout manufacturing to ensure products meet specified requirements and customer expectations.
• Conduct analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to embed quality assurance practices into daily operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and improvement initiatives for senior management review.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by training staff on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices in manufacturing quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing environments, particularly metal fabrication or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards , FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining robust quality systems that support manufacturing excellence.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex data sets and implement effective corrective actions.
• Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring compliance deadlines are met.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
