ISO 9001 Consultant-Junior

• Ensure timely response and delivery of ISO certification services
• Develop and implement certification strategies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage certification documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Train and mentor staff on certification processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding certification matters.
• Manage certification budgets and resources.
• Conduct audits and assessments based on ISO standards requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure timely completion of certification activities.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on certification-related issues.
• Ensure that all certification activities are conducted in accordance with company policies.
• Make business proposals for government entities.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.

Competencies and Skills Required

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be able to create good presentations
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and team management skills
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener
• Knowledge in ISO standards and auditing
• Ability to work under pressure
• English and Arabic languages are a must
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a must
