Quality Control Engineer

Required Qualifications : Diploma / BE / Bsc in electronics

Male only

Experience : Minimum two years experience in QC / QA

Requirements

Proficient in Tally inventry, MS Office programs (Word, Excel)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in kannada.

ISO internal audting as per ISO 9001-2015, drafting process and QMS, process control and

implementaion, continous improvement, training capability.

Brief Job Profile

Inspects and approves incoming materials by sampling tests, routine tests,

conducting visual test, measurement tests - confirming to specification and

rejecting non-complying materials and returning the same.

Proactive communication with engineering team, purchase and vendor.

Production in-process inspection, confirm specifications, conducting visual and

measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production head.

Final QA test of final tested product before despatch by witness testing

confirming to every parameters, specifications, conducting visual and

measurement tests.

Personlity requirement

Serious and responsible personilty with thorough understanding of risk factors of

deviations and non-compliance.

Highly quality consious, process oriented, person of high integrity and self respect.

Good communication skills with clarity.

High presence of mind and ability to multi-task.

Proactive personilty of immediately resolving issues.

Other requirements

Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying

shades of color.

Ability to read screen-printing symbols and component values.

Able to read and write in English and be able to comprehend technical data.

Must be able to sit and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.

May be required to lift 20-30 periodically.

Must be able to work independently and safely at all times.

Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

Good knowledge of color codes for resistors and capacitors.s etc.
