Istanbul District Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Italy based ONIVERSE founded in 1986 which is one of the largest international companies in retail sector.

ONIVERSE has 111 stores in Turkey including Calzedonia, Intimissimi,Intimissimi Uomo, Falconeri brands.

Now, ONIVERSE is looking for a District Manager passionate, goal oriented and who are willing to join the fast growing company in Turkey Market.

Role Mission

• Maximize store performance in order to achieve targets and goals with strong focus on team management.

• Improve client service and monitor store teams compliance with ONIVERSE’s standards acting as a role-model.

• Team management; recruitment, training, performance evaluation.

• Build a bridge between stores and head quarter, reporting to area managers.

• Make commercial analysis and take actions according to datas.

• Apply ONIVERSE’s visual standards comes from Italy; control visual operations and store organizations.

• Stock management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales and team management experience.

• University degree is preferred. (Master Degree is a plus.)

• Fluency in English.

• Flexible working hours and have no restriction to travel.

• Driver license, at least 2 year.
