Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin / IT Support professional to join our team. The role combines administrative duties with basic IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks (emails, documentation, filing, scheduling)
- Maintain office records and databases
- Provide basic IT support (troubleshooting hardware/software issues)
- Manage office systems, printers, and network support
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support staff with technical and administrative needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and/or IT support
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with helpdesk or system support
- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking
