Urgent Hiring for IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network, user issues)
  • Support Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and basic customization
  • Troubleshoot Odoo functional and technical issues
  • Assist users with Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors or developers for advanced issues
  • Maintain system documentation and user guides
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system uptime

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Odoo ERP implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of IT support (Windows/Linux, networking, printers, email)
  • Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to support end users and provide training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Odoo certification or prior implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Python and Odoo framework (added advantage)
  • Experience in ERP support or business application support
