IT Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining network systems to ensure smooth business

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and software.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, and internet connectivity.

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner.

Manage user accounts, system access, and email configurations.

Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus protection.

Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and technical support when required.

Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
