IT Infrastructure & Systems Lead – Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, security upgrades, and system enhancements.

Partner with management to translate architectural, design, and construction workflow needs into effective IT solutions.

Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and collaboration tools used by design studios and project teams.

Maintain strong disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity plans.

Work with cybersecurity/SOC partners to strengthen system protection and compliance.

Manage IT documentation, asset lifecycle, and standard procedures.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for office, design, and site teams.

Support upgrades of legacy systems and introduce modern technologies to improve efficiency.

Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance and respond to critical issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems management.

Strong project management skills; experience leading IT rollouts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity/access management.

Excellent understanding of IT architecture, disaster recovery, and backup protocols.

Ability to coordinate with third-party IT and cybersecurity vendors.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

Hands-on mindset and ability to support high-impact technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with architecture or construction-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, Procore, etc.).

Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and eDiscovery.

Basic scripting/automation skills (PowerShell preferred).

Experience supporting SOC2 or similar compliance frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
