Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, networks, and end-users. This role involves resolving day-to-day technical issues, maintaining stable internet and mobile connectivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain internet connections, routers, and firewalls
• Support mobile device configuration and connectivity (phones, tablets, hotspots)
• Manage hardware, software, and user accounts
• Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security
• Maintain data backups, documentation, and IT inventory records
• Assist with IT-related aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows-based systems, and mobile device management
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms (e.g., Office 365, ERP systems)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications are a plus
