Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated IT Analyst - Fresher - to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in technology, problem-solving, and business process optimization. As an IT Analyst, you will work on analyzing business and IT requirements, assisting in troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and document business and IT requirements.

· Assist in implementing and maintaining IT systems.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.

· Monitor system efficiency, generate reports, and provide insights.

· Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Btech, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of CRM, IT systems, networks, and databases.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Familiarity with SQL, Python, or any programming language is a plus.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

· Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
