IT Analyst

• System Analysis & Optimization: Reviewing current IT systems and internal processes to find areas for development or cost-reduction.
• Solution Design: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and then designing functional, cost-efficient IT solutions.
• Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of new hardware or software, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.
• Security & Compliance: Monitoring system performance, maintaining data security, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Technical Support & Training: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing guidance or manuals to end-users.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translating complex technical requirements into simple language for non-technical managers and decision-makers.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of database management (SQL) and programming languages (Python, Java, or C++).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and operating systems like Linux.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and superior interpersonal communication.
• Certifications: Valuable additions include CompTIA A+, ITIL, CBAP, or PMP.
