Innovative Driven is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join the team at a prestigious, highly sophisticated, and collaborative law firm client in NYC! In this role, the successful candidate will provide primary user support, for users with Windows 11, Microsoft Office/Office 365, standard desktop hardware, and legal applications.
The first 3 months will require a fully on-site structure, and then will transition to a hybrid structure, allowing one remote working day per week. The hours are 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance via phone and email, including remote troubleshooting

Monitor and respond to support requests using the firm’s ticketing system

Resolve or escalate issues, ensuring timely communication and user satisfaction

Troubleshoot in basic hardware, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive use

iManage document management or similar system experience

Troubleshoot and edit documents using Microsoft Office/365 and Adobe Acrobat

Assist with word processing, document formatting, conversion, and creation

Format and edit legal documents, including TOAs, TOCs, redlines, and closing binders

Utilize Adobe Pro features for document management and security compliance

Use AI transcription tools or local subscription-based software to transcribe individual dictation and audio transcripts

Offer backup support to other IT team members as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar

Strong skill set in the support and troubleshooting of standard office hardware, Windows 11, Microsoft Office package, and Office 365

Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in a legal/law firm environment

Help Desk level experience with legal applications and document management systems
