IT Application Analyst (ERPNext, LMS, HRMS)

• Manage application development and change requests in coordination with vendors
• Oversee application maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Handle application-related support tickets and user queries
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) across ERPNext, Moodle LMS, HRMS, and Analytics platforms
• Ensure smooth data integration and data integrity across systems
• Plan and execute backup, disaster recovery (RPO/RTO), and business continuity strategies
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and cost optimization
• Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and compliance records
• Conduct user training and support adoption of applications

Pay: ₹22,841.64 - ₹49,697.39 per month
