IT & Application Engineer-(Genetec, Milestone, CEM, Lenel Etc.)

Design, deploy, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems as required.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems promptly and effectively.

Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations for reference and knowledge sharing.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience working as an IT Engineer or in a similar role.

Solid knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security principles.

Experience in managing and supporting Windows and/or Linux-based server environments.

Proficiency in deploying and managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core networking services.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud migration projects.

Cloud certifications(AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE) are a plus.

Understanding Linux platfors is an added advantage.

Manufacturers training and certification for any of the following: Genetec, Honeywell, Bosch, Milestone, HikVision,CEM, Suprema, Satel, Lenel, 2N, Comelit, Fermax, Samsung and others.

Basic knowledge in SQL system and other database server.
