Job Purpose:
Provide the day-to-day technical support, maintenance, and delivery of the IT applications on all ART systems and engage in web designing and development in order to ensure all IT applications are running efficiently and minimal errors/ bugs/ downtime and support the development and implementation of technology initiatives and facilitate user interaction with these applications.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Support IT applications in line with enterprise architecture and technology standards.

Assist in identifying and fixing system errors/bugs to maintain service continuity, escalating when needed.

Monitor application performance and participate in implementing technical enhancements.

Record and update tickets in the query system, ensuring database accuracy and timely resolutions.

Identify issues and escalate to concerned parties for required corrective actions.

Provide day-to-day technical support in cases of errors, bugs, or user escalations.

Develop and test simple programs/codes for minor modifications under supervision.

Follow approved processes to support application deployment and ensure compliance with standards.

Participate in initiatives to explore new solutions and support adoption of technologies as guided.

Adhere to cyber security standards, IT policies, and compliance requirements.
Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science/ engineering, or other related fields

1-2 years of related experience
