Job Summary:
Mars Junction is actively seeking an experienced and reliable IT Assistant to join our operations at the Gulzar-e-Quaid branch. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with BPO-specific IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, networking systems, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems, dialers, and industry-specific software.
• Monitor system security, ensure data backup protocols, and maintain smooth technical operations.
• Provide real-time technical support and assistance to operational staff during working hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a BPO or call center IT environment is essential.
• Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN networking, and basic server management.
• Experience with dialer systems, biometric devices, and CCTV setups is highly preferred.
• Must be willing to work night shifts and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
• Alternate Saturdays (5:45 PM – 9:45 PM)

Location:
1st Floor, City Hall, Intersection of Old Airport Road and Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi.

Salary: 25000-30000
